Thanks again for following us on the web site www.lighthouseofzachary.org and on this blog, we are very thankful that you took time to check our sites out. Our team at Lighthouse Church is so excited about what God is doing at LC, and what is happening in the community of Zachary.

Just wanted to give the people an update on Lighthouse Church and our lives. First, our daughter Macy was able to get into pre-K in the Zachary school system, which is the #1 raked school system in LA. Needless to say, we were very excited to have her get into the school, which was a miracle in itself. And Macy loves it, even when she is sick she still wants to go to school, that will change one day but for now its great.

Just wanted to give the people an update on Lighthouse Church and our lives. And at Lighthouse Church we are happy to report that God is doing some amazing things. In our first service we had 10 faithful saints in service, and this pasted Sunday we had 34 in our Sunday morning service with a brand new family, now that may not get you excited but we are pumped about its. And we have created some connection cards for inviting people that do not have a home church, and in an week and a half we have given out of all of our cards and I had to reorder some more cards, again, that may not get you going but for us its like a triple shot of espresso from Starbucks.
So we are looking forward to connecting with you and we grow together. We welcome all of your prayers and support because “greater things are still to come”!

Brother we are pumped too! How exciting to be a part of a comeback church. It has been so exciting telling people about LC and our website. Can't wait til Sunday to see what's gonna happen!

Praise the Lord, Zachary
How our hearts are filled with joy for you all. We still contend that Zachary is our home church. We attended there from 79 to 99 when we retired and moved to Houston to be closer to our daughter and family. You are friends that have stuck with us thru some tuff times and we love each one of you for it.
Dennis is still cancer free!!!! He is using a walker now because of the vascular disease in his legs. But he makes it to the platform to play everytime he is there. We do miss sometimes now because of his pain, but his heart is always there.
Can't name all of you, but good to see some of you in the pictures--Bro Munn, Dean Etue, Sis Price, Sis Hare, Claudette Dupuy and think I saw Sis Hinman. Sure does bring back some memories.
Just wanted you to know that you are in our prayers and we are believing for God to do great things for the Lighthouse Church.

I just want to say I am excited about Our new Pastor & Family. I am excited about being a part of a come back church.
It is so great having power packed, spirit filled, worship all a new. I love me some Light House Church.
We are so Blessed to have pastor Matt & Sis. Jen & girls. Oh let me tell You them Girls are the Best kids you ever seen.
And Thank You GOD for sending Mike & Kearn & thier two children.
And PLEASE God let their house sell very soon. Thank You GOD Amen !
We are so excited we can't wait until the next service to see what God will do next.

O my what a move of God was in the service this morning! It all started with the 1st words that came out of Pastor Matt's mouth and it just exploded from there. I'm still feeling the effects of it! Thank you Bro. Mike for the word God gave you to share with us. I'm tellin ya if it gets greater than what I felt today WHOA!!! but I'm believin it's gonna cuz Greater things are yet to come!
