What’s Up Friends of LC?


Thanks again for following us on the web site www.lighthouseofzachary.org and on this blog, we are very thankful that you took time to check our sites out. Our team at Lighthouse Church is so excited about what God is doing at LC, and what is happening in the community of Zachary.
We invite you to comment on the blog or email on the wed site so that we can share this experience together as God does amazing things in our lives.

Just wanted to give the people an update on Lighthouse Church and our lives. First, our daughter Macy was able to get into pre-K in the Zachary school system, which is the #1 raked school system in LA. Needless to say, we were very excited to have her get into the school, which was a miracle in itself. And Macy loves it, even when she is sick she still wants to go to school, that will change one day but for now its great.

And at Lighthouse Church we are happy to report that God is doing some amazing things. In our first service we had 10 faithful saints in service, and this pasted Sunday we had 34 in our Sunday morning service with a brand new family, now that may not get you excited but we are pumped about its. And we have created some connection cards for inviting people that do not have a home church, and in an week and a half we have given out of all of our cards and I had to reorder some more cards, again, that may not get you going but for us its like a triple shot of espresso from Starbucks.



So we are looking forward to connecting with you and we grow together. We welcome all of your prayers and support because “greater things are still to come”!

First Sunday!

Hello from Lighthouse Church,

We are so excited about what God is doing in Zachary, it was our first Sunday September 28th and we had a great encounter with God at Lighthouse Church. The Holy Spirit moved on the church body and we saw the refreshing power of God at work.
The church had put a lot of work into the ground on Saturday and it was in great condition for Sunday and we know that God is going to help us become a ComeBack Church.

We are so thankful for Lighthouse Church’s willingness to begin the process of moving outside of the “box” to do what God is Blessing!
Thanks to all those that are praying for us, please continue to reminder us, and again we say “Thank You”.

Hello,

We are so excited about what God is doing at Lighthouse Church in Zachary La. We as a team have only been in Zachary one week today but have already fallen in love with this community, Lighthouse Church and the people of the city of Zachary. What an Awesome place!

And we are also thrilled to connect to you through our website www.lighthouseofzachary.org or through this blog. We invite you to interact with us; we will use this blog to update you on our every move (maybe not every move but close). Jen and I have come to Zachary to work for the Kingdom and to do what God is blessing and not to wait for God to bless what we are doing, so that means we will get outside of the box with purpose to be a relevant Apostolic church.

If you are in the Zachary or greater Baton Rouge area and are not a current member of a local church we invite you and your family to come and be apart of this Come Back Church. If you do have a home church we ask for your prayer and support for Lighthouse Church.

In this journey we have some people that we want to thank. First, Lord Jesus thank you for trusting us with the calling and burden to see Lighthouse Church as you see it, a church with purpose and potential. Thank you for two of the most beautiful little girls anyone could ask for, and the best gift that You have ever given me, my wife Jennifer.

Next, we would like to thank Mike and Karen and their children Brooklin and Ethan. We are so excited that God put us together, and that you are a part of the team at Lighthouse Church. Your friendship and sacrifice have been a lifesaver; your family is truly a Godsend.

We would also like to thank all of our friends and family who have encouraged us to pursue after the calling of God in our lives.

And a big thanks to Bishop and Sister Maricelli for all the love, support, encouragement, and guidance that they continually give, we are eternally thankful. Also to Pastor Joel and Sister Marty and all the POLR staff, thank you for all your support and encouragement. And finally to POLR, God is surely fulfilling the prophetic word by Bro. Cole through you and His blessings are upon you for all that you have done for the Kingdom, because the BEST IS YET TO COME!!!
